Çağlar Utku GÜLER, Ph.D.
Chairman of the Board
Çağlar Utku GÜLER, Ph.D. is a retired Air Force Engineer Colonel and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at NCU Technology. He holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering (Turkish Air Force Academy/Istanbul), a master’s degree in Logistics Management (AFIT Dayton/Ohio), and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (Institute of Aeronautics and Space Technologies/Istanbul). With over twenty years of experience in logistics, ERP, and project management, GÜLER has taken on key responsibilities in the design and go-live phases of SAP-based material management, procurement, and distribution processes.
He has hands-on experience in digitizing and improving workflows using tools such as MS Office, VBA, MATLAB, GAMS, and web technologies.
Continuing his academic work, GÜLER lectures part-time at universities, teaching courses in finance, cost accounting, operations research, decision support systems, production management, demand forecasting, inventory management, and statistics. He has been publishing articles and opinion columns in Turkish and English journals for over a decade. GÜLER also has experience in piloting and UAV design, and continues to create technical content on social media under the handle @artificialintelliposts.
